1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sauna Hub, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services Offered

Sauna Hub provides a booking and management platform for herbal saunas, steam baths, and traditional wellness centers in Kenya. We act as an intermediary between users and independent wellness providers.

3. Booking and Cancellation

• Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once a payment (full or deposit) is made and a receipt is issued via the platform.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: Users may reschedule bookings once, provided they give at least 12 hours notice.

4. Facility Rules & Conduct

Users must abide by the rules of the specific facility they are visiting. These include:

• Arrival at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
• Professional conduct towards staff and other clients.
• Compliance with health and safety instructions (especially for heat therapy).

5. Liability

Sauna Hub is not responsible for injuries, loss of property, or dissatisfaction resulting from services provided by independent center partners. Users participate in heat therapy sessions at their own risk.

6. Partner Obligations

Sauna owners (Partners) using our management dashboard are responsible for the accuracy of their branch data, pricing, and service descriptions.
